Well, another busy weekend. Friday I went to school early and watched Jack's encore performance, it was even better than the last! So much fun to watch, they did great I tried to get a picture, but they kept it pretty dark so this is all I got. He had a really great time doing it. He is already planning next years performance. After school we went home, and vegged until Daddy got home, We decided that we wanted to celebrate Jacks courage in doing the talent show, and celebrate his last performance. So we went out to dinner at Red Robin. Because it was Friday night, it was a 15 minute wait and the kids were letting out some energy exploring the flowers out in front of the restaurant. We picked Red Robin because, as picky as Jack is, we decided to pick something we all liked, and something close to us. This is a pain lol. Anyway, we were all good with Red Robin, and the wait went fast. I just snapped away, and Jacie has no problem modeling for me. lol Jack has no problem being goofy for me! So after Red Robin, jacie grabbed her RR balloon, and we decided to go to Target and get her friend a gift for a birthday party on Sunday. She was SO excited about that!! So we went to Target and the boys went and looked around and Jacie and I went lookin' at clothes and toys. The girl LOVES to shop! "Ohhh, Mommy, look at this
shirt, ohhhh look how cute this one is." We decided to get her some jammies, and she FINALLY decided on one. I say finally, because she wanted this one, no this one, no,no this one! She just loves it all! She ended up with a hello kitty one, and I forgot to get a picture of it, but its really cute. Jack and Jonny were over in the "guy's" toy section, and Jack decided he would spend some of his money on a very crazy squirt gun. He was happy with his purchase. Jacie was happy with her balloon. So after Target we went home and everyone was tired, and ready for bed. Saturday came around and the kids really wanted to go spend the night at Aunt Bobbi's, so I took them over to the Freemans house. After I dropped them off, I decided to stop at Michaels. Why? Well, I didn't have my kids, so I can really take my time, and look around for awhile, and I really love me some Michaels!! Oh, and the fact that I had a 40 % off coupon, and it was the last day for me to use it. Yes, I did take this picture and I am pretty sure people, are goin to think that I'm a weirdo, with all the pictures I've been taking. I am a very visual person and I like to see other peoples pictures. I love to see their families, and where they go. I don't know if other people feel the same way, but I think its fun, and interesting. Anyway, while the kids were away I got the movie "I am four" and we relaxed and watched the video.
Sunday, I woke up and decided to take a picture of this. "This", its a "sticky" frog and Jack decided to see if it would stick to the ceiling. "Don't worry" he says, it'll peel itself off in a minute. Well, this is 3 days later, and the frog is still there. In fact, Jonny somehow got it off, and with Jack's encouragement Jonny placed threw it up in another spot on the ceiling, and I am staring at it right now! The second I forget about it, I just look up and oh yeah, there it is. I really need to get that broom and get that darn thing down! Ok, anyway Sunday, as I was getting ready I get a phone call from Jacks cell phone. When I answered I hear Jacie on the other end. "Mommy? Are you coming to get me?" I tell her yes, but I am still getting ready, "Well, Mommy can't you just get dressed and get me." I asked her if she is dressed and she said yes. I told her "Jace, don't worry you won't be late for the birthday party," "Well, ok but your coming right?" So that was it, I got dressed quickly and went to get Jack, and Jace from Bobbi's house, so that she didn't worry about being late to her party. I took her to her friends house, and so she could party hardy! Well, what she really did was, swam, decorated cupcakes and had a water balloon fight. After I dropped Jacie off, (her first drop off party ) she was miss independent! I went to In and Out and got Jonny, Jack and I some burgers. While eating our delicious in and out burgers Jonny watched I am four again with Jack, and I watched the movie "the delima" which was pretty funny. After the movies, Jack, Jonny and I went to Home Depot, to get some wood, for another project I am giving myself. If I ever get to it, I shall post some pics. After that we stopped and got some slush's (I got a soda, cause slushy's gross me out) and then went to get Jacie. When she got in the car, she was on cloud nine, and said she just had the very best time. This made me happy!! Then we took the long way home, so we could literally take a Sunday drive. Took the movies back, and headed home. When we got home, we chilled out and relaxed, and I decided to clean the car up a little and shop vac it. This is when Jackson came out to me to tell me that he is "soooooo bored." This is when I told him I was suuuure I could find something for him to do, and he decided he really wasn't that bored anymore, lol. Papa and Nana stopped by, to give the sunday paper, and some things that Aunie had asked them to give to Jacie. So, we visited for awhile with them, and Jonny helped Dad with something that was wrong with his truck. Then Papa, came in and told Nana to look out at the tree outside, where we found Jack hanging out, like the monkey he is! Nana didn't like it to much, but Jack assured her that it was totally safe. This is when Jacie wanted to get up there, and I told her no, because honestly she really isn't as graceful as her brother. Not that I told her that, of course I worded it much better than that. Something like "no Jace, you'll brake your leg." Actually I just said that she wasn't old enough, and when she was Jack's age she could do it. I am hopin that by that time, she won't want to do it anymore lol. For now she was o.k. with sitting on the wall, even though this still made me a little nervous! Then I made Mom and Dad take some pictures, before they went home. After that I went into my kitchen and made some chocolate chip, banana muffins. yummy!After that, I cleaned up the kitchen, and got the kids ready for bed. This next week is the last week, until summer break!! whoo hoo. Ok, I'm done babbling for now! whew!!
