Costco disaster/successful and tatoos!

I'm disappointed in this post already, cause I don't have any pictures. I know, I know, what was I thinking? Well, I wasn't thinking about pictures whilst I was out and about, so I didn't take any. So, my apologies for no visual to my descriptions.. boring, I know.

Any how, yesterday was suppose to be a busy day. I had plans to bravely take the kids with me and go to Costco, Walmart, Target, Michaels, and then Winco (our grocery store). Unfortunately it didn't end up the way I planned. First stop was Costco, because I had planned to get speakers that Jonny had his eye on for some time. When we walked in I felt pretty hungry cause all I had for breakfast was a granola bar. I pushed that hunger pang aside and decided we would eat after our Fathers Day mission was over at Costco. When I went to get the speaker I saw that there weren't any. When I FINALLY found someone to enquire about it, I was told they were out until the 22nd. UGH!! This was a big blow to me! Soooo, Jack and I agreed that we would settle for gift option number 2... a blue ray/dvd player. Well of course there were like 20 different ones. So with Jackson helping me saying, "mommy you can get online with this one", or, "oh,oh mommy this one has 3D!." While we are trying to decide I start feeling really, really weird. So, we finally agree on one, grab a GIANT bag of Doritos (which was literally longer then Jacks torso), and headed out to the car. Our next destination was lunch! So, we get in the car, seat belts fastened, I turn the ignition on, and "click, click, click".. yep, battery is dead. ((sigh)) I look up and see that the light was left on, my guess is that my beautiful, daughters gorgeous brunette head unknowingly clicked it on. So, of course I hadn't gotten to renewing my AAA, so my next option of course was my wonderful rescuer.. MOM! As always she was more then willing to drop everything and come to our rescue. Knowing she is on her way, I call Jonny who is in Orange County, to vent my problems, and as I'm talking to him I feel a VERY strange feeling. I hang up with him and all of the sudden I feel like I am going to be sick.. or will I faint.. no puke.. no pass out. I was so instantly sick I started sweating terribly and I couldn't move! Jack says "are you ok?" I say no, and tell him to call Nana, and put a rush on it!! As I have my door open leaning out of it, to get air, and trying not to fall out. Jacie says "Mommy are you gonna puke?" Jack says very quietly "Jace, be quiet, and let Mommy meditate."(which later made me LOL). Jack had pretzels I choke down a pretzle poor water on myself, and take a swig. Finally what seemed like forever, I start to come back to life, and the earth stopped moving... it was over, whatever "it" was. I felt horrible!!!!

Finally Mom got there, we got the battery started and we decided to go to McDonalds to grab some grub. The kids played, Mom and I talked. Bobbi and Allen came, and dropped Breanna off cause they were headed to Vegas for their Anniversary. Yvonne met us there to pick up Brian and take him to practice, and after Allen had to give me ANOTHER jump, (cause I didn't let it run long enough to get enough "juice"). We all went our separate ways. I went home and felt like I had a migraine hangover the rest of the day from my traumatic experience in the Costco parking lot. I was so thankful Jack was there, cause he helped me out. Yep, I missed out on the other things I wanted to do, but I was glad that I was able to get the Costco run in. That night, Jonny took me to Chipotle, and then to Target to get what I needed there. He's awesome!

Today, the kids and I got up and got ready, and hit the grocery store. Boy do I take for granted the times I go without the kids! Not that they are bad, but it just takes a lot longer! "Mommy, can we get this, I love these" .. "No, put it back", "what about these".. "Ok, but you have to put those back, if you want that"... "Ok, never mind." Yep it goes on, and on. On the other hand, I can say "Jack go down that isle and get me two cans of corn, I'll meet you on the other isle." Yeah, thats pretty cool. This time I had Breanna, and she and Jace talk and laugh, and I turn around and they are on the last isle, cause they aren't paying attention. Thats when Jack puts them in line, and says "will you two pay attention, and keep up" lol, pretty funny. Then we get to the end, and they ask for gum, candy, stuffed animals. Thats when I throw the threats around and say, if you ask for one more thing, I am putting the ice cream and cookies back!! That usually works, because I never threaten without following through lol. After the store venture, we came home and hung out, until Jacie says "can you paint our faces???" Ugh, what did I start? So, of course I do it, then Jack has a great idean that he doesn't want his face painted he wants an arm tatoo of a dragon. Really Jack?? "Yeah Mommy, you can draw it, you can draw anything!!" Well, of course when he says something like that, I have to at least try, right?! So when most parents say "don't draw on your skin" I'm in my room drawing on my son's arm. Parent of the year! Then of course Breanna wants a unicorn, and Jacie wants a fairy. Fine, get over here! Thats when Jonny calls, and asks if he should bring pizza home. Um, no cooking? Heck yeah, bring us some pizza home Mr. Awesome!

Jonny got home with the pizza, and I couldn't wait till Sunday (which Jonny, and I do that to each other all of the time, making the other open a gift early), to open his fathers day gift. I was soooo happy that he loved it, and we got the RIGHT one!! Thats when we went in ate our pizza and watched "True Grit" on the new gift! We ate our ice cream, had some laughs, and now I am blogging in bed, whilst my wonderful, loving, awesome hubby sleeps peacefully next me. The kids are snug as a bug in Jacie's room for a sleep over. Me? I shall hit the pillow next. Hopefully I will remember the ol' camera, and have pictures for you next time! :)
