Blogging, recipe's, and face painting..

So it turns out that this blogging thing is harder than I thought it was going to be. Don't get me wrong I'm not complaining, cause if I start complaining then I will just stop doing it. If I'm complaining that means its not fun any more. No, no, not complaining just have to put more thought into it. Mainly because of the photos. I mean the Pioneer Woman makes it look so easy! I have been following her for a couple of years now, and it is always fun to see what she will put on there next, and what delicious lookin' food she's made this time! I started doin' this blog because I really love following my cousin Rachel's blog, she just cracks me up!! It's nice to see what her and her kids are up to way out there in Nebraska! Its a lot of fun to get her insight on things, and well it could be because we are related and we both take a lot after her Dad, but we have the same way of looking at things, and the same sense of humor. So I decided it looked kinda fun, and thought I would try this blogging thing. Well, I was right, it is fun but sometimes it takes longer than other times to get it done. Oh, and putting pictures on.. forgetta bout it! I do like having to use my brain in a different way, on how to put things in words and put a picture to the description. Sometimes I am concerned how I will be perceived, but that concern goes away because I realize that if someone doesn't like it they don't have to read it, or if its too long for them, they can skim through it. Anyway its good for me and my little brain. Just another reason to take a picture, and share it with the world.. or my family and friends anyway.


Oh, I finished Yvonne's recipe's today, and I even got some laundry done. After I finished those two things, Jacie came in and said "Mommy will you paint my face?" So we decided to change her into a dalmatian, she went around the house on her hands and knees, with a leash on her collar. I drew the line when she wanted me to fill a bowl with water so she could lick outta it. I know I probably should have just done it, but for some reason it grossed me out lol. So I'm done vacuuming, cleaning, and painting faces, now I need to get off the computer so I can start peeling potatoes, cause tonight we are having smoky chili garlic fries, and chicken sandwiches! Here I go!!
