Halloween!!!!!

So this last weekend.. what a great weekend it was!! I will start with Friday night. Jonny got off of work early so that he could go with the kids and I to the Fall Festival at school. It was a great night, and the kids had a fantastic time! The weather is cooler, but not too cold at night yet, so it was a nice night to be out, and havin' fun. Breanna came along with us, to see the festivities. Jackson's class put together a "haunted house" in the backstage area of the cafeteria, so he was excited to show Breanna that. She said "Aunt Jen, do you think its REALLY scary, or just a little scary?" Thinking that it was just put together by the fifth grade class, and for school I said "Oh Bonanna, I'm sure its just a little scary." Well, she came outta there pail and said, "Aunt Jen, that was SCARY!!! I can't stop shaking!!" Poor thing!!
Anyway, the rest of the night was fun games, and candy!

Saturday came around, and Jonny thought it would be fun to take them to see a movie. Going back and forth on some choices we decided on "Real Steel." Since we had Breanna (Bonanna), we thought it would be fun to call all the "kids" and invite them along. Unfortunately Brian was in Orange County havin' some fun with his Dad, so we missed out on his company, but Alex, and Katelyn were able to meet up with us at the mall. We all seem to really like it! It was a prefect family movie, for everyone.

After the movie, we walked over to the food court and had some lunch, and sat and talked. It was a great day out with the kids. After that we said good-bye to Alex and Katelyn, and took Breanna home. Of course, after visiting with Bobbi, and Allen awhile, the kids asked to stay the night there, so they did. Jonny and I headed home and relaxed, and caught up on some DVR.

Sunday rolled around and we decided to hit Wahoo's for some delicious chicken bowls. After a relaxing lunch, eating, and chatting away, we headed out for the kids. After scooping them up from the Freeman house, we stopped and got some pumpkins, and spent most of the evening carvin' some flare in those boring ol' orange palets. This year was a lot of fun for the kids, cause it was the first time they both carved their pumpkins all by themselves. I really love those little tiny pumpkin carvin' tools!! It was a lot of fun!!

She was REALLY taking this seriously!

Jack was actually serious....

    for about a minute!

Being that Jacie is such an animal lover, she decided on a kitty theme.

Jonnys pumpkin was inspired by "Kevin" from the Office. This made me LOL!

Jackson's I call "the cannibal pumpkin"
I call mine, "transvestite beauty queen!!"

Jonny and I messin' with the pics..

The misfits checkin' out our art work..

Ok, its late, and I have to down load the trick or treat pictures, so the rest of our Halloween story will be continued! Ok, till tomorrow... nighty night!!! zzzzzzzzzzzz
