Well, Mom called me this afternoon, and said that her and Alex were headed out to lunch and she wanted to know if I wanted to tag along with them. So I said "suuure" and we headed out. Once we finally decided on which fine establishment we would go to, we headed to In and Out
, for some burgers. Once there, we put in our orders (after talking to the cashier about the rain we were having and that he likes to go out at midnight and play tag with his friends in it) we sat down for some nice conversation. Now, I say "nice" conversation, but if you knew my nephew Alex, I'm pretty sure he would call it "insanity." Poor, poor, Alex has to sit across from his crazy Aunt, and just a little less crazier Grandmother, and listen to us yack, yack, yack, and cackle at our own humor.
I'm pretty sure my Mom and I think that the other is the most hilarious of anyone we know! Alex just sits there and looks at us like we are two crazy peas, in a pod, while we are laughing so hard, our faces are red, tears are rolling down our cheeks, and I occasionally let out a snort or two.

So after we inhale our food, and sit, talk, and cackle awhile. Mom gets up for a to go order for my Dad. That's when we decided to look at the time, and realize we didn't really have a whole lotta of it. Mom and Alex still had to drop me home, before Mom and Dad had to get to an appointment that they had planned at 2:00, and Alex had to get to his class that starts at 2:00!! So, we grab Dad's food, and rushed out the door.

Trying to rush when your late in Sun City is nearly impossible, because after all it is mostly a retirement community and well, people are retired, and aren't in much of a rush.
So after we get through most of the "traffic" in our fast paced little town, I decided that instead of taking me all the way home, I would pull over (I was the chauffeur for the day) and get out and walk off my In and Out, and let Mom and Alex get on there way. With much arguing with my Mother objecting to me walking, I won (rare, very rare) and got outta the car. They take off in there mad rush, and I started my leisurely walk home. Now I wasn't far, yet I wasn't too close so I had a little ways to go, which was good cause like I said I had to walk off that burger and fries!

No, no I wasn't going to concentrate on that, I was going to enjoy this nice walk, I mean it was awesome outside today. It was about 70 degrees out with a slight wind that felt amazing, and there was a chance of rain so the clouds looked gorgeous. So I took out my phone and started takin' some snaps!
So after walking next to one of the fields for a little while, I finally came to the neighborhood. Now, when you turn down the main street to get to the neighborhood we have a type of field full of animals (chickens, lama's, goats, piggy's) its pretty cool, and there is usually someone out there feeding the animals bread, crackers fruits and stuff. Well this time was no different except the only ones I saw today were two guys that looked, well........ ominous?
I mean sure they were there feeding the lama's their left over McDonalds and pretty much minding their own business there across the street from me, but my imagination panicked!!! I started looking around for witnesses in case something went down with these two. Nope, not a soul, just me and the two (probably not) convicts!! One of them hears me walking and turns around to look at me..... this is when all the 20/20, Dateline, and First 48 Episodes start flooding me, and I am trying to think if I have anything in my purse to use as a weapon!
Wallet? no.
glasses case? no.
mini flash light? no.
Oh man, maybe I can run just a bit faster than them??!
This made me let out a bit of a laugh to myself cause I knew that wasn't happening!! Yep, I was outta luck.... doomed!!!!!!!!!!! Oh wait, he turned back around, and just started talking to the lama....... yes talking to the lama!!!

and might have had to kill to get into the hells angels.
...... and maybe cause I watch waaaay too many crime and murder shows. I mean these two completely normal guys were just minding their business sharing there lunch with a lama, and thoroughly enjoying themselves, and some chick they don't even know is watching them outta the corner of her eye profiling them completely wrong.
So, anyway I went on my marry way home, and continued to enjoy the weather and the amazing clouds, and made it safely to my abode. I then started this silly babble session, then went to pick up my little chicks.
Now I am finishing this blog, after just finishing dinner for Jonny, and waiting for him to come home. In conclusion I am happy to be safe at home, had a wonderfully fun lunch with Mom and Alex, and enjoyed a short down poor after gettin' the kids.

I am completely content and ready for the hubby to walk in the door.
Yep, just your average Tuesday.
